eConsult enables you to access self-care advice on a wide range of conditions, as well as advice on what conditions you should contact a local pharmacy for or access advice from NHS Wales 111.

• If none of these options are appropriate for you, you can complete and submit online a template for your condition/symptoms/query to the practice and you will receive an email response by the end of the following working day.
• You can use this system at a time to suit you and we may well be able to solve your issue without the need for you to book an appointment.

We would encourage you to use this system wherever possible. Please note that this is not suitable for more urgent requests and you may be limited to submitting only one query.
