Who Can Use the NHS Wales App?

To access the app, you must:

  • Be aged 16 or over
  • Have a fully verified NHS Login account or
  • Complete identity verification at your GP practice using the Welsh Identity Verification Service (WIVS) form

  • by putting your paper repeat slip into the box provided
  • by posting your repeat slip into the surgery, please enclose an SAE for us to mail your script back to you,
  • or via the chemist-managed service.
